Both of these opening sequences are from James Bond. but they are from an early film and one of the latest films.
you can defiantly see the differences between the opening sequences and you can also see the similarity.
In both of the sequences have guns in the titles and are related to the films they are, also the sequences both have the stars names that show up throughout the whole clip. The casino royal sequence is very modern and has a cartoon effect and that makes it stand out more from other bod title sequences.
The Golden eye title sequence also has guns and women shown in the sequence that also reflects on the film but it was made a long time ago and i believe that you can see that in the way he looks, It isn't as eye catching at the modern one and i think it is slightly boring.

Analysis Media Essay.
These two images of the Statue of Liberty and of The Pentagon had a big impact on the whole world, I am going to analyse and deconstruct both of these images using semiotics, ideology and binary oppositions.
Semiotics: Semiotics, also called semiotic studies or semi logy, is the study of sign processes (semiosis), or signification and communication, signs and symbols. In semiotics, denotation is the surface or literal meaning encoded to a signifier. In the nineteenth century, Charles Sanders Peirce defined what he termed "semiotic” and which is philosophical logic pursued in terms of signs and sign processes Charles Morris followed Peirce in using the term "semiotic."
Denotation: the denotation of a word or phrase is a part of its meaning. Denotation is also linked with Semiotics, the study of signs, an example of this is a analysis: what the audience can visually see on a page. Denotation often refers to something literal, and avoids being a metaphor.
Binary Oppositions: binary oppositions is a pair of theoretical opposites. Binary opposition is a theory that you can easily put to use when you analyse texts such at up/down.
In this image of The Pentagon you can see the effects of the 911 attacks were the planes were hijacked and was flown into the Us Department of Defence killing 189 people. In this image you can also see Capitol Hill in the background and Capitol Hill is the Supreme Courts and Library Congress. The Pentagon is a building that is owned by the government, and it is typical because terrorists are attacking the building that is called department of defences. America its self is known as a strong powerful country and this is a blow that they might not be able to come back from. The way this photo has been taken is very interesting because they have left the Capitol Hill in and it looks as if the Capitol Hill is looking over The Pentagon and the carnage. The colours of the wreckage are dark dull colours were as Capitol Hill is white which means Pure and good so these two buildings are contrasting each other.
The Statue of Liberty symbolizes the freedom, power and wealth throughout the world and stands in the hearts of Americans and the crown, robes and flaming torch is inspiration to American pride. The messages that I get from the image of the Statue of Liberty is that this symbol of freedom is standing tall in front of this dark smoke which could mean the dreadful 911 attack, were hijackers crashed into the twin towers. This image is a dark image and most of the background thick smoke apart from the statue, which looks like from the wreckage and disaster America can come back through the disaster and stand tall like the statue of Liberty is standing tall in front of all the smoke.
In conclusion, both of these images show the awful events of 911 and the disasters, which was caused. But both images show how you can see Americans finding hope and pride in their country and can pull together and fight back
